How To Make a Freedom of Information Request

If you wish to request information that is not contained in the publication scheme you should make a Freedom of Information request.

When making a Freedom of Information request you do not need to mention FOI(S)A.  Your request should be made in writing or some other permanent format.  You should provide your contact details and a clear description of the information you would like to access.  Enquiries will be answered within 20 working days of being received.

It must be noted that internet mail is not always reliable and SPSA cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of your email to our network.  In addition, should your email be infected with a computer virus it will be deleted and, in line with best security practice, receipt will not be acknowledged.  It is recommended that if you do not receive a response to your email that you use an alternate means of communication.
