Work with us in Corporate Services

call centre 1

Our Corporate Services department is a centrally managed shared service approach to supporting our entire organisation and provides a range of critical support functions to each of our business areas.

The teams offer specialist advice and assistance from human resources, finance and compliance to procurement, facilities and corporate communications.

It's no easy task to support over 1,600 people across 34 locations and the teams work hard to ensure that all SPSA business runs smoothly and efficiently.  Many of the teams are structured in a way to ensure that each business area in the organisation has a key point of contact for each of the corporate functions - these individuals are known as ‘Business Partners'.  Whilst still providing support for the whole organisation, the Business Partners are also aligned to a particular business area, enabling them to build up a greater understanding of the projects and issues requiring support and allowing them to build trust and establish a strong working relationship with their associated business area.

To find out more about the job roles in this area and to find out first hand what it is like to work for SPSA visit the Meet our People section of the website.
