Job Evaluation
"SPSA will commence a job evaluation exercise during the early part of 2008. As a consequence of this exercise all roles will be subject to re-evaluation which may ultimately result in a change to the grade / salary of the role. All pay issues are bargained for collectively in consultation with the trades unions and you will be advised of any changes in line with this consultation process."
