Read more…SPSA operates a childcare voucher scheme for our people. We recognise that many people need flexible childcare and childcare vouchers allow staff to choose their own childcare provider in a location suitable to them whilst reducing childcare costs.
The scheme enables individuals to request childcare vouchers up to a maximum value as part of their remuneration package and therefore allows them to benefit from reduced Tax or National Insurance contributions (NIC).
