Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

With hectic lifestyles at home and at work all too often things get in the way; interesting careers, busy social lives, heavy family commitments.  It can be difficult to strike a balance that keeps our lives stress free.

To assist our people in achieving balance between the requirements of work and the responsibilities of home, SPSA has provided all employees and their immediate families with access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

The service is confidential and is operated by ICAS, the leading provider of these services.

The EAP service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year and can provide assistance on a variety of matters, from stress at work and financial advice on arranging a mortgage and debt management, to everyday consumer issues and legal advice.

These are everyday issues that can affect all of us at one time or another during our lives.  Although the situations may be quite common, you may not have had to deal with them before and may need just a little extra help to resolve them.  The EAP helpline can give you that support.
