Final Salary Pension Scheme

It's never too early to start planning for your retirement and SPSA's pension plan is a great way to do this.  SPSA participates in the Local Government Pension Scheme, administered by Strathclyde Pension Fund.  The scheme is a final salary scheme with members contributions depending on their full time equivalent pay.  Contributions are tax exempt and a reduced rate of national insurance is applicable.
