Planning and Performance

The planning and performance team is responsible for developing and implementing a performance management regime which ensures accountability and aligns with SPSA service level agreements. 

They are involved in the management of service improvement reviews, self assessment frameworks and development of improved standards as well as providing expert advice and management information which informs decision making and effective performance measurement.
